Youll create training programs, educational content, and help providers understand complex CMS rules in a simple way. Looking for someone with healthcare + Medicare experience who can train providers, create educational content, and simplify complex policies. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs (webinars, guides, e-learning) Create easy-to-understand content for providers (FAQs, manuals, flowcharts) Train providers on: Prior authorization Documentation requirements Resubmissions & peer reviews Exemption programs Work with internal teams and partners for provider communication Track training effectiveness & engagement Identify gaps and improve training based on feedback and data Act as a bridge between CMS policies and providers Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Medicare / CMS processes (prior auth, pre-payment review) Ability to simplify complex policies Experience creating training content (webinars, docs, live sessions) Strong communication skills Experience in curriculum design Ability to use data/feedback to improve training Good project management skills Required Experience 7+ years of experience in provider education, healthcare communications, training & development, or related roles within a healthcare or managed care environment.
