Role: Facets Production Support Analyst - Claims Location: Durham, NC Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Senior Facets Production Support Analyst - Claims The facets Production Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Facets claims processing system in a production environment. Job Duties: Monitoring the system for potential issues, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems Working with team members to implement and maintain the system. Responsible for responding to and resolving user inquiries and incidents in a timely manner. Responsible for working with development teams to implement new features and updates. Maintaining documentation of the system and its processes. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Facets claims processing system. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and insurance claims process. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify patterns and trends that may indicate a problem. Ability to work with team members and communicate effectively with end users. Experience with SQL, and knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, and .NET for troubleshooting and programming customization is desirable. Experience with other healthcare IT systems such as EMR, EHR, Billing, and Scheduling systems can also be beneficial in this role.
