Experience & Seniority 7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science Proven ability to own mediumlarge projects endtoend with minimal guidance Clear track record delivering production, businesscritical data products Core Technical Skills Advanced SQL (Presto/Hive or equivalent) Strong Python (pandas, NumPy; production-grade usage) Hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines Data modeling & warehouse design (dimensional models, star/snowflake schemas, Databricks or similar) Analytics & Statistics Practical application of statistical methods (regression, hypothesis testing, time series) Experience conducting root-cause analysis and quantifying business impact Ability to synthesize analysis into clear, executive-ready insights Business & Communication Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience partnering closely with Operations / Finance / Planning teams Fluent in translating ambiguous business needs into reliable data solutions Eligibility / Logistics US or Card holder ( acceptable if exceptional) Onsite or hybrid in Sunnyvale preferred; remote only with outstanding communication + 8+ years experience NICETOHAVE (Submit if Also Strong on MUSTHAVES) These strengthen a profile but will not compensate for missing must-haves.
