Experience: 5+ years in a business analysis, solutions architecture, product management, or technology consulting role; 2+ years directly working with AI/ML or automation projects. AI Knowledge: Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including generative AI, LLMs, predictive analytics, NLP, and robotic process automation (RPA). Ability to evaluate AI tools without necessarily building them. Business Acumen: Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value. Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering. Process Expertise: Proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, BPMN). Experience in identifying process gaps and redesigning workflows. Communication: Executive-level communication skills able to present complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences and translate business requirements to technical teams.
