Develop new test procedures to quantify the reliability of a design. Perform failure analysis resulting from reliability tests to derive root causes. Prepare concise and detailed test plans and reports. Conduct statistical data analysis to provide risk assessments of a design. Key Qualifications Reliability Testing: Experience performing Mechanical Stress Tests, Shock/Drop/Vibration Testing, and Environmental Testing. Industry Standards: Strong knowledge of industry test standards including JEDEC, ASTM, and IEEE. Analytical Methodologies: Application of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Failure Analysis Techniques: Proficiency in techniques such as Optical Microscopy, X-Ray, SEM/EDS, FTIR, and XPS. Technical Understanding: A solid understanding of mechanical assemblies and fundamental failure analysis methodology. Professional Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects at once and complete tests in an unattended manner. Flexibility and adaptability to accept new tasks with a "can-do" attitude.
