Lead targeting, segmentation, and offer strategy in partnership with Brand, CRM, and Bank of America teams. Drive continuous testing and optimization using customer insights, behavioral economics principles, and performance analytics. 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within credit cards, loyalty, or digital financial services. Experience with co brand card programs and acquisition/engagement strategies strongly preferred. Demonstrated success launching and scaling mobile and web products, including familiarity with modern app technologies and digital payments ecosystems. Strong knowledge of credit card acquisition funnels, spend driving mechanics, P&L drivers, and reward structures.
