This role is executionfocused, supporting an existing change strategy. The ideal candidate is a doer, not a change leadsomeone who can build materials, run communications, support training, and help ensure smooth adoption with minimal disruption. Key Responsibilities Execute change activities to support the migration of SailPoint IAM from onprem to cloud (ISE). Develop and deliver enduser communications, FAQs, job aids, and quick reference guides. Create and support training materials and assist with training delivery for impacted users. Conduct change impact assessments and document userlevel impacts. Support stakeholder engagement by coordinating sessions, collecting feedback, and tracking adoption. Partner closely with IAM engineers and technical teams to translate technical changes into userfriendly messaging. Assist with golive and hypercare support, including issue tracking and adoption monitoring. Track change activities, risks, and readiness using standard OCM tools and templates. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or Change Enablement roles. Handson experience supporting technology or securityrelated change initiatives. Direct exposure to SailPoint IAM (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) in a migration or enhancement context. Experience supporting onpremises to cloud migrations. Strong experience creating training content, communications, and adoption materials. Familiarity with OCM frameworks such as Prosci / ADKAR (execution level, not strategy ownership). Ability to work in a fastpaced, executiondriven environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have Experience with Identity Services Engine (ISE) environments. Prior work in IAM, cybersecurity, or identity governance programs. Experience working in hybrid or enterprise IT environments. Local to Arlington, TX or willing to work onsite as needed.
