The Justice Center provides oversight for facilities across the state responsible for the care of individuals with special needs. The Vulnerable Persons Central Registry (VPCR) is a case management system which was developed for the Justice Center using Siebel CRM technology to track intake of incidents and allegations of abuse and neglect as well as the investigations, prosecution, adjudication, and oversight and monitoring resulting from these incidents. The Justice Center is responsible for identifying business requirements for all VPCR enhancements. Qualifications Business Analyst- Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution. Expert- 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of requirements gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts. 60 months experience creating process and value stream models to support the understanding of the as-is state and development of a to-be process. 60 months of experience creating reports, presentations, and business cases and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders. 48 months of experience creating user stories, test cases and test scripts to capture and track all requirements with experience tracking this work in a tool such as Monday.com 48 months of experience developing detailed prototypes using tools such as Axure or Figma 24 months of experience working with business users to gather requirements for Siebel CRM Case Management application that supports a combination of human tasks and electronic workflow including case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication. 24 months of experience working in State Government Bachelors Degree Business Analyst Certification (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PBA, or comparable) Scrum Master Certification Day-to-Day tasks Documenting as-is business processes Eliciting requirements from stakeholders Facilitating stakeholder meetings to elicit feedback Documenting to-be business processes Documenting business requirements Participating in JADD sessions Gathering and analyzing data to justify business need Developing project business cases Performing other general business analysis tasks as needed Thank you, Ashish Kumar | Technical Recruiter Verve IT Consulting Inc O: 917-259-0969 EXT- 119 Keywords: information technology trade national Idaho New York Tennessee Position: Expert Business Analyst!
