Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)certifications preferred. Experience with system diagramming and modeling using structured modeling languages (e.g., UML) - 10+ years Experience as an Enterprise Architect (11+ years) IT Systems Roadmap Development (10+ years) Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components. Strong knowledge of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
