[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description SAP Pro Services: Functional Consultant Location: Remote (U.S.) with required travel 8 days/month to Wayne, NJ Engagement: 12month contract Onsite Expectation: 90% remote, with onsite presence required in Wayne for workshops, design sessions, and key project milestones Overview Our client is seeking a strong SAP Pro Services Functional Consultant to support a professionalservicescentric S/4HANA environment. This role focuses on PSA/ProServ processes, project systems alignment, billing, revenue recognition, and crossfunctional integration. The consultant will work closely with Finance, Delivery, and Operations teams to design and optimize projectbased workflows. Responsibilities Lead functional design and configuration for SAP Professional Services / PSA processes. Support project creation, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, time/expense capture, and project billing. Facilitate workshops with Delivery, PMO, Finance, and Operations teams to define requirements and futurestate processes. Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and integration scenarios across PS, FI/CO, SD, and HR/Payroll. Drive solution design for project lifecycle management, revenue recognition, and billing models. Collaborate with technical teams on RICEF objects, integrations, and enhancements. Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and cutover readiness. Lead UAT cycles, enduser training, and golive support. Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities for professionalservices organizations. Qualifications 7+ years of SAP functional experience with strong exposure to Professional Services / PSA / Project Systems. Handson configuration experience in PS, ProServ, or related projectbased modules. Strong understanding of project accounting, billing, revenue recognition, and time/expense processes. Integration experience with FI/CO, SD, HR/Payroll, and Procurement. Experience leading workshops and driving design decisions with business stakeholders. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Ability to travel 8 days per month to Toronto or Wayne as required. Ideal Profile Functional consultant with strong PSA/ProServ experience who can operate independently and own deliverables. Comfortable working in a fastpaced consulting environment with shifting priorities.
