Job Description: Serve as a liaison between the business areas and the IT organization to provide technical solutions required for the achievement of business goals. Collect, analyze, develop, document, and communicate business requirements. Support one or more low to moderately complex business processes. Learn Enterprise Procurement policies and procedures Develop working knowledge of Oracle Cloud functionality related to the Procure-to-Pay process Review and triage Oracle Cloud tickets to assist users with system functionality; escalate or route tickets to the appropriate department when further assistance is required Coordinate obtaining input from SMEs for updates to job aids and training materials; incorporate feedback into draft updates Assist with requests for data analysis, reports and data updates in Oracle Cloud Top Skills Required: 1+ years of experience with: Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; translating user needs into functional specifications while supporting low to moderately complex business processes. experience with Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay processes, including ticket triage, reporting (OTBI), data validation, and system support across modules such as requisitions, purchase orders, and sourcing. Partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams, assisting with system configuration/testing, supporting training documentation updates, and contributing to improving procurement operations and efficiency. Requirements: One (1) year of relevant technical or business work experience required. Assist with the configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Cloud Procurement to help improve business efficiency and productivity. Learn and help document business processes; gather and communicate user needs; and support the translation of business requirements into clear functional specifications under the guidance of senior team members. Serve as a project team member on small-to-medium scope efforts that are moderately complex. Experience or exposure to Oracle Cloud Procurement is preferred ( including areas such as Contracts, OTBI, Sourcing, Requisitions, and Purchase Orders.) Procurement experience preferred. Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
