Position: Front End Architect Location: Cincinnati, OH (On-site) Duration: 6+ months Job Description Front End Architect We are looking for a Frontend Web Application Architect who have multiple years of experience in ReactJS or equivalent JS based Frontend Library. We are a diverse, agile oriented, user centered software development service that consistently exceeds our customers expectations. The Front-End Architect at LTIMindtree will work in an agile architecture environment across the entire Program for a CPG portfolio on current and emerging products. You will work with product managers and owners, application development managers and tech leads, to define system architecture across multiple products, setting technology standards and strategy. This role will require a breadth of technology, leadership, and communication skills to influence, lead and set the strategic directions. We have an immediate need for someone with the skill sets below. Job Requirement: Minimum 9-12 years proven experience developing client & server-side web technologies and 5 years experience leading front-end developers. Expert level object-oriented, best-practice JavaScript and jQuery. NextJS, GatsbyJS, TailWind CSS any of these is must. Help plan, design, build and review content-managed, usable, and accessible and standards compliant web sites. Participate in the front-end web-development project life cycle from pitch prototyping through definition and design to build, integration, QA and delivery. Handle the team concerns in the right way with the guidance from the Architects. Identification of team members capability and utilize to the advantage of the organization. Delivery of highly available, highly reliable, scalable product Customer centric focus: manage internal customers and stakeholders effectively and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Inculcates a culture of Innovation and high quality in teams. Influence, collaborate and communicate effectively with various leaders Motivating, mentorship, multi-tasking role for a team .
