Take end-to-end ownership of support cases, providing timely updates and root cause analysis. Act as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction via, email, video calls, and ticket systems. Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify bugs, submit, clear documentation, and influence product improvements. Document, known issues, workarounds, and troubleshooting steps in the internal knowledge base.
