Role: T est Lead (Banking Domain) Location : Naperville, IL (Local Candidates Only) Duration: 12+ Months Description: We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in banking/financial domain testing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in peripheral testing, QA methodologies, and test management tools, along with the ability to lead testing efforts across complex banking applications. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing activities across banking applications Define and implement: Test strategies Test plans Quality metrics and measurement frameworks Perform: Functional testing Peripheral testing ( mandatory) System and integration testing Ensure adherence to: SDLC processes QA standards Industry testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Analyze system requirements and design appropriate test scenarios Identify, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with development teams Prepare and present: Test reports Quality dashboards Performance metrics Troubleshoot software issues and support root cause analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives Required Skills & Qualifications 46 years of experience in QA/testing roles Minimum 3+ years as a Test Lead in banking or financial services projects Strong experience in: Peripheral testing ( must-have) Functional testing System analysis and troubleshooting Solid understanding of: SDLC Testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Test metrics and reporting Hands-on experience with testing tools: HP ALM / Quality Center JIRA Confluence Git or Bitbucket Maven Postman SoapUI (or similar tools) Strong analytical and reporting skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Knowledge of branch banking applications Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., TestComplete or similar) Familiarity with Agile delivery environments Key Skills Agile Way of Working Automated QA (TestComplete) Functional Testing Banking Domain Testing Important Notes Local candidates to Naperville, IL only Strong banking domain experience is mandatory ' | Diksha Chaudhary US IT Recruiter www.noviainfotech.com | | | E: [email protected] A: McKinney, TX, 75070 | Hire our IT Recruiter at just $499/month.
