This role focuses on product development, functional design, and delivering data-driven solutions while collaborating with business, IT, and engineering teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch Collaborate with portfolio managers, project managers, and stakeholders to define product roadmap Gather, define, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, BPD, FS) Translate business needs into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria Review and approve functional and technical design documents Lead functional processes across multiple projects Support UAT planning, execution, and validation with business teams Work closely with cross-functional teams (analytics, UX, engineering) Participate in QA checkpoints and ensure alignment with scope Manage change requests and control scope in coordination with leadership Develop and track product performance metrics post-launch Support global stakeholders across time zones Required Qualifications Bachelors degree with 10+ years of experience in product/project development Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen Experience in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management Proven ability to deliver data-driven solutions (dashboards, APIs, alerts) Expertise in writing/reviewing Functional Specifications (FS), BRD, BPD Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience in Lab Operations or R&D environments Knowledge of procurement, expense management, and treasury processes Experience working with cross-functional global teams Strong understanding of functional architecture and product design Hire our IT Recruiter at just $499/month.
