Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain support automation systems that convert Slack/office-hours requests into structured, high-quality support tickets. Build integrations and services such as Slack Jira automation, routing, triage workflows, and lifecycle synchronization. Implement agentic workflows for automated context collection, triage, summarization, and next-step recommendations. Build robust APIs, event-driven pipelines, and automation frameworks with strong operational readiness. Add and maintain observability (logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts) for automation health and reliability. Deliver end-to-end production systems with high quality, maintainability, and operational resilience.
