This role joins the final, technically demanding delivery phase, focusing on configuring and validating complex billing functionality, including multi-OpCo rate logic and complex riders. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Configure and validate complex rate structures, billing riders, and rate categories within SAP-ISU EDM across multiple operating companies. Lead design and solutioning sessions for SMS, interruptible service, and special rate contract riders. Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to translate utility business requirements into technical configurations. Review and validate AI-generated base requirements to identify gaps and capture edge-case rate logic. Support Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) while managing defect resolution for billing modules. Document configuration decisions and design rationale within the program knowledge base.
