The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to oversee a team of engineers and manage enterprise-grade network infrastructure for optimal performance, security, and scalability. Key Responsibilities Lead global SD-WAN architecture, defining standards for topology, routing, resiliency, and application-aware traffic steering. Provide technical leadership for global/regional connectivity models, carrier strategy, provider diversity, and performance SLAs. Drive Network Access Control (NAC) strategy using Cisco ISE, aligning with Zero Trust principles for secure device onboarding and posture validation. Design and govern hybrid/multi-cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments. Establish global hub-and-spoke and transit architectures balancing scalability, isolation, and resiliency. Guide cloud connectivity decisions (private vs. VPN, regional vs. global hubs) aligned with compliance and business needs. Define and implement enterprise segmentation across campus, data center, and cloud environments. Set best practices for VPC/VNet design, IP addressing, trust zones, and blast-radius reduction. Ensure consistent micro-segmentation and policy enforcement across hybrid environments. Collaborate with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to support Zero Trust, disaster recovery, and compliance. Oversee cloud contact center solutions (Zoom Phone, SIP call flows), managing provisioning, call flows, policies, and reporting. ( Provide technical oversight, resolve issues, and mentor teams to enhance skills and operational maturity. Establish best practices, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years experience required with at least 2-3 in network management Strong technical leadership experience in enterprise and cloud networking, with accountability for design decisions, standards definition, and operational governance across hybrid environments Demonstrated experience in managing multivendor and multi-protocol routing environments with deep expertise in complex BGP routing environments. Proven expertise in AWS and Azure cloud networking, including AWS Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53, and Elastic Load Balancers (ELB), as well as Azure ExpressRoute, Virtual Network Gateway, Azure DNS Resolver, and Azure Load Balancers, with the ability to define resilient and scalable reference architectures Experience providing technical oversight and governance for SD-WAN platforms, specifically Palo Alto ION SD-WAN, including the design and management of global and regional SD-WAN architecture models, development and implementation of policy frameworks for application-aware traffic steering, and establishment of operational standards for monitoring, performance management, and lifecycle operations. Strong understanding of Network Access Control (NAC) using Cisco ISE, with experience in defining enterprise-wide strategies and standards, including 802.1X and MAB authentication models, as well as policy design, compliance management, and overall access control governance. Hands-on experience with cloud contact center solutions, including Zoom Phone and SIP call flows, covering user provisioning, voicemail, call flows, auto-receptionist setup, desk phones, and policy enforcement. Proven ability to drive issue resolution, implement operational standards, and ensure reliable, scalable operations. Strong skills in reporting, basic troubleshooting, team mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration across IT, business, and vendor teams.
