(10% bonus goal plan along 100% full health benefits also included). Role: Administer, configure and support EcoSys and related cost reporting applications. Responsibilities: Administer and configure modules, settings and workflows for EcoSys in production and non-production environments based on operational needs. Provision users following the principle of least privileged access. Must be able to support complex permissions and data visibility based around contracts, scopes of work and WBS and funding relationships. Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements Monitor EcoSys system performance and work with vendor to resolve any problems with performance. Create and support existing custom reports, dashboard and data visualizations tailored to business use cases, including using excel Cost and CapEx template reporting with VBA code for formatting and report generation Develop and maintain EcoSys API integrations with ERP platforms Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred in Computer Science or Information technology systems security or related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience with EcoSys administration, configuration and enhancement Software development experience required Understanding of software and hardware system architecture Experience in REST APIs, web services and integration tools Excellent analytical skills Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, VBA and data visualization/reporting platforms. Effective oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues to a non-technical audience. Preferred: Ability to understand a demanding, technical, and complicated construction program Once again, this is a 100% fully onsite position.
