Please find the job details below: Position: Mainframe Developer Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite Local Candidates Only) Rate: $6065/hr C2C for candidate Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Mainframe Developer with 1015 years of experience working in IBM z/OS environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in core mainframe technologies and the ability to work in enterprise-level systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using COBOL Create and manage JCL for batch processing and job scheduling Work with CICS for online transaction processing Design and optimize DB2 databases and SQL queries Perform debugging and troubleshooting using tools like Abend-AID and Xpediter Manage code deployments using tools such as Endevor or Changeman Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams for delivery Required Skills: Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 Hands-on experience in IBM z/OS environment Experience with batch processing and OLTP systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred Skills: Experience with VSAM, IMS Knowledge of MQ, REST/SOAP services Exposure to DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, IBM DBB) Experience with Control-M / CA7 scheduling tools Background in Automotive, Banking, or Insurance domains Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Masters degree (if available) Candidates must be able to provide educational certificates Experience Required: 12+ years of relevant Mainframe development experience If you are interested, please share your updated resume along with the following details: Current Location Work Authorization Availability for Interview Availability to Join Expected Rate Please let me know if you would like to discuss this opportunity further.
