This role focuses on integrating Artificial Intelligence into Identity & Access Management (IAM) to enhance security, automate decision-making, and act as a force multiplier across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM frameworks along with hands-on experience applying AI/ML to identity, authentication, and access control. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect AI-driven IAM solutions across enterprise environments. Implement adaptive authentication and intelligent access controls using AI/ML models. Integrate AI capabilities into IAM platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, and Azure-based identity services. Develop and enforce RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and policy-based access strategies. Secure AI agents, models, and pipelines through robust identity and access controls. Lead IAM strategy for cloud and hybrid environments, especially within Microsoft Azure. Implement modern authentication protocols such as OIDC (OpenID Connect). Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards. Collaborate with security, engineering, and data science teams to align IAM with AI initiatives. Identify opportunities where AI can optimize identity lifecycle management, threat detection, and access governance. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) architecture and implementation. Hands-on experience with CyberArk, SailPoint, and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID. Knowledge of authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML). Experience with RBAC, identity governance, and compliance frameworks. Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts and their application in security. Experience implementing adaptive authentication and risk-based access controls. Familiarity with securing AI/ML pipelines and AI agents. Strong understanding of cloud security, especially in Microsoft Azure environments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating AI into enterprise IAM platforms. Background in cybersecurity architecture or zero-trust frameworks. Certifications such as CISSP, Azure Security Engineer, or IAM-related certifications. Experience working in regulated environments (Finance, Healthcare, etc.).
