The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and cloud-native development using AWS.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Java developers (typically 46 members). Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices. Provide technical direction and architectural guidance.Design & Development Design and develop high-volume, low-latency, and highly available applications. Write clean, efficient, and testable code. Develop and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot. Build responsive front-end applications using Angular.Cloud & AWS Development Design and implement cloud-native applications using AWS services such as: EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB API Gateway, CloudFormation, CloudWatch Develop serverless architectures using Lambda and Step Functions. Design and implement RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and Lambda. Work with container-based solutions like ECS, EKS, and Fargate.DevOps & CI/CD Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using: AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy Implement automated testing frameworks and deployment strategies. Ensure smooth application release cycles and production stability.Monitoring & Security Monitor application performance using CloudWatch and X-Ray. Implement AWS security best practices: IAM, KMS, CloudTrail Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and system issues.Infrastructure & Reliability Manage infrastructure as code using CloudFormation. Design backup and disaster recovery solutions using S3 and EBS. Ensure system scalability, reliability, and high availability.Required SkillsMust-Have Strong experience with Java & Spring Boot Expertise in Angular (very strong frontend skills required) Experience in Full Stack Development Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native applications Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Experience in CI/CD and DevOps practicesGood-to-Have PostgreSQL / SQL Kubernetes / Containerization Python Experience with distributed systems and microservices patternsQualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. 1315+ years of hands-on development experience.
