Position : Data Protection Manager Location : REMOTE Duration: 6+ month Contract : // Interview Mode: video Job Description: Stand up and help define the DLP program, standards, and processes Lead policy creation, review, and enforcement (primarily within Microsoft Purview) Act as a hands-on operator within DLP tooling (initially very execution-focused) Manage and guide offshore L1/ resources (HCL handling execution support) Integrate DLP across multiple security tools (Purview, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Cloudflare) Conduct policy tuning, monitoring, and ongoing optimization Partner with leadership and stakeholders to advocate for DLP best practices Requirements Strong experience with Microsoft Purview DLP Background in standing up or maturing DLP programs Experience managing outsourced/offshore teams Hands-on experience with policy writing, review, and enforcement Familiarity with broader security ecosystem (CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Cloudflare) Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Strong communication and ability to advocate for program direction Nice to Have Experience with a Big 5 / large integrator environment Exposure to GRC frameworks and policy alignment Thanks and Regards MD AFTAB ALAM US IT Recruiter ConvexTech Inc.
