Job Description: 9+ Hands on Expertise in developing and execution of test approach, test plans with milestones, coordination with all stakeholders and reporting. Subject matter expertise on Testing and QA processes, preparation of test strategies including test data and test environment. Hands on experience managing the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles into the design and development of software and IT processes for the team. 5+ years' experience in monitoring, and analysis of testing quality metrics such as defect, defect counts, test results, and test Experience on test automation tools like Cucumber, Selenium, UFT, Tosca and should be able to determine the need, selection and implementation of Automation tools. Experience with Test data setup for test environment across a customer journey. Hands on experience in automation testing & debugging using tools like POSTMAN, SOAP UI, REST Assured, etc. Some experience with GenAl tools for process automation or efficiency. Well versed with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, ALM, SharePoint, Confluence etc. Quality Assurance certifications like CTFL, CSTE, PMP or equivalent is a plus.
