The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF, IRM/GRC modules, integration testing, and end-to-end validation across enterprise workflows. Responsibilities Develop, document, and maintain test data, data validation processes, and end-to-end testing flows. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework). Create detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to validate application functionality. Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues in a timely manner. Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure platform quality and performance across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, and GRC. Develop reusable testing templates and automation frameworks for future initiatives. Conduct functional testing for IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules. Validate controls, risks, assessments, workflows, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks. Test configuration changes including tables, ACLs, business rules, UI policies, flows, and update sets. Perform regression testing during ServiceNow upgrades and releases using ATF. Conduct cross-browser testing and end-to-end user journey validation with external applications. Test REST/SOAP integrations and external data flow validations. Required Skills 8+ years of QA/testing experience with strong ServiceNow testing background. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF automation. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, and GRC. Experience testing workflows, integrations, APIs, and platform configurations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience with REST/SOAP API testing and integration validation. Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred. Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
