Lead, E-Commerce Engineering- AEM - Hottttt Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - Onsite (MonThu), WFH Fridays Engagement: Contract-to-hire | Day 1 onsite required *This role does not offer visa sponsorship* Role Overview We are seeking a senior, hands-on Lead E-Commerce Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimization of customer-facing digital commerce platforms. This role blends technical leadership with active hands-on delivery, owning architecture, platform integrations, and engineering execution across large-scale e-commerce experiences. You will lead a small but high-impact engineering function, partner closely with Product, UX, Content, and Marketing teams, and ensure the platform is scalable, secure, performant, and conversion-focused.
