About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Test Lead to oversee and drive end-to-end testing initiatives within our Wealth Management division. This role requires a strategic leader who can navigate complex Conversion Programs, dissect intricate business requirements, and ensure high-quality software delivery. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, driving defect resolution, and balancing automated and manual testing efforts in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Test Leadership: Lead end-to-end testing activities for the Wealth Management domain, focusing on large-scale Conversion Programs. Requirement Analysis: Review and dissect complex functional and technical requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Stakeholder Engagement: Obtain stakeholder commitment and manage expectations through regular communication and status reporting. Defect Management: Drive Defect Triage sessions and facilitate the rapid closure of high-priority issues to maintain project timelines. Hybrid Delivery: Manage and coordinate testing efforts across a global Onshore-Offshore delivery model. Tooling & Governance: Utilize JIRA and XRAY for test planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring strict adherence to Agile methodologies. Automation & Strategy: Oversee the integration of Test Automation frameworks alongside traditional Manual Testing to optimize testing cycles. Essential Skills: Domain Expertise: 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 6 years in the Wealth Management or Banking and Financial Services sector. Technical Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with JIRA and XRAY for test management and defect tracking. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to handle Conversion Programs and dissect high-level requirements into actionable test plans. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Desirable Skills: Automation Frameworks: Experience in building or scaling automation suites for financial applications.
