About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Architect to lead the solutioning, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade data platforms. This role is pivotal in defining end-to-end architectures that ensure data availability, scalability, and high performance. You will be responsible for setting architectural standards and patterns, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical execution across both on-premise and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end MDM architectures for applications, data platforms, and complex system integrations. Standardization: Define and document reference architectures, patterns, and enterprise data standards to ensure scalability. Technical Implementation: Lead hands-on development of Java User Exits, External Match configurations, and Provisioning Tool setups. API Management: Architect and manage diverse Informatica MDM APIs, including Service Integration Framework (SIF) and Business Entity Services (BES). Data Integration: Oversee Inbound and Outbound integration strategies and maintain a deep understanding of ETL design and data quality concepts. Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and maintain clear, technical communication with clients and business stakeholders. Essential Skills: Experience: Over 12 years of hands-on technical experience specifically in Informatica MDM. Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for complex data manipulation and performance tuning. Cloud Fluency: Proven design exposure to cloud-based MDM tools like IDMC or Reltio. Extension Development: Hands-on experience extending Informatica functionality through Java User Exits. Desirable Skills: Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Healthcare industry data models and regulatory requirements. Automation: Working knowledge of Python for scripting and Control-M for batch scheduling in Unix environments.
