About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Lead System Architect to spearhead the end-to-end architecture of Pega Infinity applications. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and high-performance technical execution, ensuring all solutions adhere to Pega guardrails and performance standards while mentoring a global team of system architects and developers. Key Responsibilities: Architecture Leadership: Lead the end-to-end architecture for Pega Infinity applications, encompassing case management, data modeling, and UI strategy. Modern UI Strategy: Design and implement Digital Experience (DX) API-based front-end integrations for web and mobile using React or Angular. Integration Excellence: Build and manage REST and SOAP services; oversee the consumption of WSDLs and the development of JMS listeners. Guardrail Governance: Define and govern application guardrails, reusable components, and performance standards to ensure high-quality delivery. Mentorship: Guide and mentor System Architects and Senior Developers through rigorous design and code reviews. Security & Auth: Implement advanced Pega Authentication methods and IAC/Mashup solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and offshore teams within an Agile (Scrum) framework to achieve outstanding customer results. Essential Skills: Certification: Must be a Certified Lead System Architect (LSA). Experience: Minimum 12 years of IT experience with 10+ years dedicated to Pega PRPC. UI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation and DX API integrations. Messaging: Deep knowledge in JMS, REST, and SOAP service configurations. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and technical communication skills. Desirable Skills: Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries.
