About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled ForgeRock IAM Engineer to drive the engineering, support, and security of our enterprise identity infrastructure. This role is critical for maintaining the health and security of the ForgeRock (AM/IDM/DS) environment. You will be responsible for designing secure authentication flows, managing complex integrations, and owning the end-to-end vulnerability management process. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level technical support while ensuring the environment remains stable, compliant, and optimized for business needs. Key Responsibilities: ForgeRock Engineering: Provide hands-on engineering and production support for the full ForgeRock stack, including Access Management, Identity Management, and Directory Services. Security & Remediation: Own the vulnerability remediation lifecycle; analyze security findings, apply critical patches, and implement secure system configurations. Flow Design: Design and maintain complex Authentication Flows, access policies, and automated identity provisioning workflows. Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve Level 2/Level 3 (/L3) identity issues, including login failures and synchronization bottlenecks, ensuring rapid root-cause resolution. Lifecycle Operations: Manage environment stability through version upgrades, platform patching, and proactive Certificate and Secrets Rotation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with infrastructure and security teams to provide audit evidence, maintain technical documentation, and develop operational runbooks. Integration: Facilitate seamless identity integrations for diverse enterprise applications while maintaining minimal downtime. Essential Skills: ForgeRock Mastery: Deep technical proficiency in ForgeRock AM, IDM, and DS components. IAM Operations: Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management environments. Security Expertise: Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and secure configuration principles. Incident Management: Expertise in driving Root-Cause Analysis for high-priority identity and performance issues. Desirable Skills: Automation: Experience with scripting for identity lifecycle automation or secrets management.
