Role : Salesforce PMO Program Manager Location: Sunnyvale, CA. Work from office, 3 days/week in hybrid model Duration: Long Term Job Description Responsibilities Lead and drive PMO activities on multiple fronts that include: Creation, tracking and management of program scope documentation for a major global transformational program in a sales organization. Creation, tracking, prioritization and management of the business requirements backlog in partnership with multiple project managers focused on the built and delivery of business capabilities. Definition and implementation of on-going operational models with cadence to build relationships with PMs to status plans and provide execution transparency. Engagement with cross-functional PMs for alignment and focused execution and adherence to consistent planning and execution practices. Manage risks, issues, actions, decisions (RAID) for multiple project teams Enable transparency into project efforts across multiple projects such that the PMO can status and report what is happening at the working project team levels. Preparation of meeting agendas, decision capture and action follow-up Support weekly program status publication capturing status of multiple projects for executive consumption.
