Managerwill be looking for experience with Telehealth, Care at home, Patience devicesprojects on the resume. If they do not have, they will be rejected. Experienceworking in a PMO REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in related area and/or equivalentexperience. Minimum of 10 years IT technical project managementexperience Minimum of 2 years experience leading enterprise-wideimplementations including the management of project scope, risk, and resources. Experience leading multiple, complex projectssupporting digital healthcare technology initiatives including telehealth,remote patient monitoring, digital health equity, digital monitoring, OR careat home. Demonstrated experience in organizational changemanagement Effective verbal and written skills and proficient inclearly communicating at all levels within an organization Demonstrated capacity to anticipate obstacles and planfor contingencies. Experience developing and managing project artifactsincluding project plans, issue logs, testing and communication plans Experience managing project lifecycles includinginitiation, development, testing, deployment, and transition planning Experience leading multiple, complex projects in amatrixed organization Advanced skills in assembling and directing largeproject teams, developing detailed project plans and schedules and monitoringbudget and resources Experience with system interfaces Experience with integrated multi-vendor applications Demonstrated ability to function in a highly dynamic,fast-paced, and continually changing environment Experienced in facilitating multi-disciplinedworkgroups to develop solutions to problems and/or consensus Proficient in Microsoft suite of applicationsincluding Visio, Teams and SharePoint Experience scheduling complex meetings to includecoordination of schedules, planning location and catering, use of MS Teams,WebEx or Zoom.
