Role: Business Analyst Location:- Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid) Type:- Contract C2C Responsibilities: Client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst. This role will work alongside the Program Manager and Resource Manager through the life of various short-term projects, resulting in quick wins and improvement of processes. This role will work on tools and applications for internal use, including tools for financial advisors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working directly with IT, as well as experience in Project Management. There must be a history of proven history in agile environments and a high level of comfortability with Microsoft Products and other Digital Marketing Technologies. Responsibilities: Effectively apply project methodology to include planning, organizing, monitoring, managing budget, and project closure activities while leveraging best practices Remove, resolve, or escalate roadblocks for team members in a timely manner. Identify and manage project risks to ensure time, cost, and quality meet business expectations. Facilitate project meetings effectively while navigating various group dynamics. Identify and work with Resource Managers to acquire necessary team members. Assist Program Manager in defining project milestones, based on business needs, requirements, and defined solution. Communicate and collaborate. Develop relationships across the organization to ensure successful delivery of projects. Responsible for project communications with the project team and key stakeholders Proactively understands how and when to communicate effectively difficult/sensitive information. Analyze and Develop Solutions. Elicit requirements to provide business process descriptions, business requirements, use cases, and user stories. Collaborate with aligned project team members to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability. Test and troubleshoot. Supports quality assurance through test plan and/or script creation, QA team collaboration, and project team validation. Act as a facilitator for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with the client, third party vendors or other testers that use the product, leveraging acceptance criteria defined with the business partner. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of prior IT experience, with at least three years related to PM and/or BA experience. Experience in the duties and role of marketing. Experience in managing technical projects with various technologies and third-party integrations. Experience with translating business needs into written business requirements and use cases. Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence without authority. Highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity. Comfortable acting as an intermediary between technical matters and business partners / end users. Comfort level and success working in agile environments. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with product managers, data, and marketing professionals. Understanding of the marketing technology environment and how it is used to support digital marketing best practices. Detail oriented and possesses exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
