About the Role: We are seeking an expert Senior Network Architect to lead the strategic design, modernization, and migration of our enterprise network infrastructure. This role is responsible for driving the transition from a 2-tier to a 3-tier architecture, defining the future-state roadmap, and executing complex hybrid cloud and data center migrations. You will engineer highly resilient, automated, and secure corporate networks that align seamlessly with business growth, high-availability parameters, and stringent Zero Trust security principles. Key Responsibilities: Architecture Modernization: Lead the design and migration from a 2-tier to a 3-tier (Core/Distribution/Access) network architecture; establish Layer 2 and Layer 3 topologies. Design Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for campus, colocation, and cloud networks. Traffic Control & Security: Enforce Zero Trust using ClearPass identity controls; architect East-West and North-South traffic policies via Palo Alto Firewalls across DMZ and edge layers. Hybrid Cloud Integration: Build secure hub-and-spoke Azure cloud networks integrated with on-premises infrastructure via ExpressRoute and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP). WAN & SD-WAN Evolution: Design hybrid Wide Area Network architectures utilizing MPLS, Internet, and VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN application-aware routing. Application Delivery: Optimize F5 LTM load balancing solutions, focusing on high availability, SSL Offloading, and server access fabric resiliency. Automation & Observability: Drive an automation-first culture for deployments using NetBrain, Ansible, and Python scripting alongside advanced network telemetry. Resiliency & Disaster Recovery: Validate Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, failover domains, and high-availability setups across data center and colocation facilities. Essential Skills: Infrastructure Engineering: Deep mastery of routing boundaries, segmentation, and data center migration planning. Security Architecture: Extensive knowledge of zone-based firewalls, network access control, and edge protections. Wireless Management: Experience integrating and monitoring Aruba Central wireless ecosystems. Desirable Skills: Certifications: Elite industry designations such as CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) or PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) are highly preferred.
