Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Architect, design, and oversee the execution of enterprise-grade Power Platform workflow and automation solutions. Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with senior enterprise architects to validate and align technical, solution, and architectural patterns with corporate standards. Business Engagement: Act as a primary technical consultant to the banking Line of Business, converting business demands into automated workflows. Delivery Under Pressure: Drive end-to-end development lifecycles within high-pressure environments, meeting tight, critical project timelines. Governance & Scaling: Set architectural standards for internal low-code components, security postures, and connector configurations. Essential Skills: Power Platform Mastery: 8+ years of dedicated industry experience designing complex automation workflows on the Microsoft Power Platform. Banking Domain Depth: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working inside the United States Banking ecosystem, understanding its data parameters and workflows. Communication Excellence: Proven ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical business partners clearly. Desirable Skills: Certifications: Relevant platform credentials such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) are highly desired.
