About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role focuses on Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations, covering digital engagement, case management, and customer self-service. You will write robust programmatic and declarative solutions, perform technical consultancies, lead code reviews, and collaborate across technical teams to translate business requirements into architecture that respects Salesforce governor limits. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Build custom applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, and Aura Components alongside declarative tools like Salesforce Flows. Security & Administration: Maintain system security rules, application-level permissions, user roles, validation rules, and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations. Data & Query Optimization: Manage database modeling, datasets deduplication, and execute performance-focused SOQL and SOSL queries across standard and custom objects. System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and design batch classes to enable seamless data migrations without corruption. DevOps & Deployment: Support environment-wide release management using Salesforce DevOps tools and automated CI/CD pipelines. Technical Governance: Lead code reviews, enforce strict coding standards, resolve code coverage gaps by writing comprehensive test classes, and perform root-cause analysis. Essential Skills: Salesforce Engineering: In-depth knowledge of Apex (DML, Testing, Batch Apex), Lightning App Builder, and Force.com/Site.com hosting. Web & Scripting Stack: Hands-on experience with JavaScript, MySQL, and core Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles (Java, C#, .NET). Platform Security: Mastery of Salesforce architecture, data modeling competence, and security constraints. Desirable Skills: AI Innovations: Familiarity or hands-on exposure to Agentforce Agents and Prompt Builders is a significant plus.
