About the Role: We are seeking an authoritative Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Technical Architect to spearhead the solution design, customization, and deployment of our enterprise Customer Relationship Management landscape. In this role, you will perform requirement gathering and gap-fit analysis, expanding platform capabilities using custom backend programming and integrations. You will bridge our digital platform with external Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Line of Business (LOB) systems, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, optimal performance, and robust security architecture. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Lead business requirement gathering, perform gap-fit analysis, and author technical blueprints for high-scale Dynamics CRM implementations. Extensibility & Customization: Develop and register custom Plugins, extend workflow engines, design custom scripts, and build web resources using Core .NET, WCF, and JavaScript. System Integration: Architect secure data integrations with ERP platforms and Line of Business systems using Web Services (REST/SOAP) and asynchronous messaging tools like NServiceBus. Ecosystem Administration: Configure native integrations for Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365, and coordinate enterprise Active Directory Synchronization. Data Migration: Lead high-volume database migrations and mapping transformations into cloud or on-premise repositories using Scribe or SSIS. Analytics & Reporting: Design Out-Of-The-Box dashboards and build custom financial or operational data summaries using SSRS. Platform Governance: Maintain the platform's security matrix, govern solution packaging, oversee server deployments, and follow Agile development practices. Essential Skills: Dynamics Mastery: Deep functional mastery over CRM pillars including Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
