The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the implementation of supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements. Analyze supply chain and logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities. Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC. Support UAT, defect tracking, and production deployment activities. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and provide status updates. Required Skills 10+ years of Business Analyst experience. Strong background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation. Experience with requirement gathering and process mapping. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with UPS or similar logistics clients.
