About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Author to create, edit, manage, and publish high-quality digital experiences across our enterprise platforms. In this role, you will own the content lifecycleutilizing dynamic templates, managing components, and executing strict review and approval workflows. You will collaborate directly with design, development, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure that all localized and global web properties strictly align with brand guidelines, technical SEO requirements, and digital compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Content Authoring: Create, edit, update, and publish responsive web content and digital experiences across multiple channels using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Asset & Page Architecture: Manage web pages, configure modular UI components, structure authoring templates, and curate digital assets within AEM Assets (DAM). Workflow Operations: Execute standardized content governance workflows for internal peer review, stakeholder approval, version control, and publication scheduling. Global & Localized Publishing: Support the localization, translation integration, and layout validation of complex multilingual web properties. Quality Assurance: Perform routine site maintenance and cross-device and cross-browser validation to ensure proper rendering, accessibility, and high performance. Strategic Alignment: Partner with cross-functional technical and marketing teams to implement SEO optimization policies and brand design compliance. Essential Skills: Platform Expertise: Extensive hands-on content authoring experience using AEM Sites and AEM Assets. Governance Fluency: Deep understanding of enterprise core CMS structures, taxonomy management, and systemic workflow tracking. Editorial Quality: Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail when staging high-visibility corporate copy. Desirable Skills: Front-End Literacy: Basic functional knowledge of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot minor styling and block layout challenges. Agile Collaboration: Prior experience working within an Agile/Scrum development model alongside engineering sprints.
