About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to take complete ownership of our multi-platform infrastructure lifecycle. In this position, you will execute end-to-end operating system deployment, application hosting configuration, and host-level optimizations across Windows and Linux ecosystems. You will act as the frontline guardian for environment securitydriving patch deployment cycles, remediating infrastructure vulnerabilities, applying hardened security policies, and maintaining corporate server certificates to maximize environment uptime, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Operating System Engineering: Install, configure, and perform major operating system version upgrades across enterprise Windows Server and Linux platform landscapes. Application Deployment: Handle the full deployment lifecycle, configuration tuning, and version upgrades of various corporate business applications. Vulnerability & Patch Management: Execute routine software patch updates and deploy critical fixes to secure the environment against infrastructure vulnerabilities. Certificate Administration: Coordinate, install, and update cryptographic server and security certificates (SSL/TLS) to maintain encrypted enterprise communications. Security Governance: Apply, audit, and enforce corporate security policies and platform hardening standards across all active server groups. Performance Monitoring: Proactively configure alert matrices and monitor host utilization trends, including CPU, memory footprints, disk partitions, and system/application logs. Essential Skills: Cross-Platform Competency: Hands-on experience configuring bare-metal or virtualized environments across Windows and Linux flavors. Infrastructure Maintenance: Solid comprehension of server patch deployment management and routine server lifecycles. Telemetry Logging: Competency tracking operational limits via application logs to prevent systemic downtime. Desirable Skills: Certifications: Professional infrastructure credentials such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) are highly beneficial.
