Coordinate planning and deployment activities for new network technologies and infrastructure. Oversee requirements gathering, validation, and approval processes with IT Network teams and stakeholders. Manage multiple work streams simultaneously while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Collaborate with executive leadership, business owners, IT teams, vendors, and project sponsors. Facilitate technical discussions, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting. Ensure compliance with DBHDS and VITA project management standards and governance requirements. Support the development and review of Network Bill of Materials (BOM) alongside Business System Analysts and IT leadership. Drive project execution through procurement, planning, deployment, testing, transition, and operational handoff. Hold project teams accountable for deliverables while removing roadblocks and escalating issues as needed. Provide regular reporting on project status, budget, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders. Required Qualifications Active PMP Certification. 10+ years of overall Project Management experience. 3+ years of experience managing IT Network Buildout projects for new facility implementations. Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream enterprise projects. Strong experience working with senior IT leadership including CIOs, CTOs, and executive stakeholders. Experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools. Strong budget management, risk management, and governance experience. Ability to obtain VITA PMDP qualification within 2 weeks of project start. Highly Desired Qualifications Experience managing Facility IT Projects. Experience with Data Center migrations or relocation projects. Familiarity with Network Build of Materials (BOM) development. Experience supporting healthcare or regulated industry environments. Preferred Skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage complex technical and operational dependencies. Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments.
