Position : Senior Java Developer with FICO Experience Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Experience Required: 8+ Years Duration: Long Term Need Only Local Candidates Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in FICO technologies and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems, integrating business solutions, and working in Agile development environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions Work extensively on FICO-related implementations and integrations Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications Participate in system architecture discussions and technical design reviews Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on performance and scalability Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities Work in Agile/Scrum development environments and participate in sprint planning and code reviews Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Java 8/11+, and J2EE technologies Proven experience working with FICO platforms/tools Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and backend development Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Good understanding of distributed systems and application scalability Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience working in banking or financial services domain Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus Looking forward to your response.
