About the Role: We are seeking a visionary Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to define, own, and execute our global ServiceNow architecture strategy and platform roadmap. In this high-impact role, you will design end-to-end solutions across various specialized modules and establish best practices for system data modeling and enterprise integrations. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating complex enterprise needs into scalable technical solutions while strictly enforcing development standards, security compliance, and platform health. Key Responsibilities: Architecture Strategy: Define the overall ServiceNow architecture roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with strategic business and modernization initiatives. Solution Engineering: Design end-to-end solutions across core modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and IRM. Technical Governance: Establish and enforce development standards, code quality checks, and governance processes; review and approve technical design blueprints. Platform Lifecycle Management: Monitor platform health, direct major upgrades, and implement performance optimization strategies. Delivery Leadership: Lead complex implementations and transformations, collaborating with developers and administrators to provide technical guidance during Agile sprints. Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders to gather requirements, advise leadership on platform capabilities, and ensure compliance with strict security frameworks. Innovation & Automation: Identify automation opportunities and evaluate new ServiceNow feature releases (such as ESG and FSO) to drive continuous process optimization. Essential Skills: ServiceNow Core Mastery: Expert-level architectural knowledge spanning ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and configuration data lineage within the CMDB. Integration & Data Modeling: Proven expertise designing robust, multi-system integration patterns and entity-relationship models. Leadership & Mentoring: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and mentor junior developers. Desirable Skills: Certifications: Credentials such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) are highly preferred.
