Data & Integration Engineering: Design and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between the WFM platform and Fords internal ecosystem. Rule Engine Development: Translate complex union contracts, labor laws, and manufacturing work rules into precise system logic and automated calculations. Platform Governance: Manage system health, security roles, and environment stability. Lead the technical validation of software patches and version upgrades. Advanced Analytics: Use SQL and data modeling to build complex reports, identifying trends in labor costs, compliance risks, and operational efficiency.
