About the Role: We are seeking a highly accomplished Oracle EBS Project Manager to spearhead the end-to-end delivery of an critical "Atlas Mobility" corporate spin-off initiative. In this strategic 9-month contract role, you will take absolute ownership of project lifecycles, master schedules, and cross-functional workstreams. You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, system integrators, and independent software vendors to manage risk profiles, allocate technical resources, and ensure a seamless system cutover and go-live deployment. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership: Oversee the complete, end-to-end delivery lifecycle of the Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) environment tailored for corporate spin-off actions. Planning & Scheduling: Define, maintain, and execute comprehensive project master plans, critical path schedules, and cross-team milestones. Risk Governance: Establish and maintain robust Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs to proactively mitigate project bottlenecks. Stakeholder Alignment: Manage complex communication matrices, driving alignment between internal leadership, business units, and external partners. Vendor Coordination: Direct third-party system integrators and software vendors to ensure accountability and on-time delivery of interface assets. Cutover & Go-Live: Architect and execute rigorous deployment readiness frameworks, data migration schedules, and technical cutover plans for an error-free go-live. Financial & Resource Tracking: Monitor project burn rates, optimize resource utilization, and compile executive status reports. Essential Skills: Oracle EBS Domain Depth: Solid experience managing large-scale, complex technical projects centered on Oracle EBS core modules. Transition Management: Prior experience governing system architecture separations, divestitures, or corporate spin-offs. Strategic Execution: Expert capability mapping technical dependencies and negotiating timelines with diverse vendors.
