Remote every other week(Need Local) Duration : 12 months LinkedIn Needed Interview Process: 2 rounds, both 45 mins NEED DOB ( MM/DD) The analyst role plays a significant part in coordinating and communicating with Legal Platform Strategy (LPS) on many matters such as Incidents, Service Requests, Releases, Outages, etc. The analyst plays a significant role in supporting the CORE Legal Team by creating Jira stories and managing the Jira backlog, board, and sprints; working on all non-technical blockers including coordination and collaboration with other teams upon which the CORE Legal Team has dependencies; and assisting with the facilitation of all scrum ceremonies such as daily scrum, sprint planning, refinement, and demonstrations. The Role This opportunity is for a senior-level Systems/Business Analyst supporting enterprise legal technology platforms within a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on partnering with legal teams, engineers, product leadership, and vendors to analyze business processes, define system requirements, and coordinate delivery efforts across multiple legal operations initiatives, including discovery, litigation support, compliance, and shared services. The position requires strong experience translating business needs into detailed requirements, managing integrations between applications, and supporting modernization efforts involving APIs, cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, and complex data flows. Experience with Legal, Risk, Compliance, or Corporate Services environments is highly valued, along with knowledge of data privacy, records retention, security, and regulatory requirements. The role also serves as a key operational coordinator. Responsibilities include managing Jira backlogs, boards, stories, and sprints; coordinating dependencies across teams; supporting release readiness and incident management; and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, refinements, demos, and daily scrums. Strong analytical and communication skills are critical, as the analyst will help assess current-state systems, identify gaps, and support modernization initiatives aimed at replacing and integrating legacy applications. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of balancing multiple initiatives while maintaining transparency, execution discipline, and strong collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
