Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of industry experience Strong Life Insurance & Annuity domain expertise Hands-on experience with Quadient, Exstream, or similar CCM platforms Agile/Scrum delivery experience Jira or equivalent project management tools Product backlog management & roadmap planning Stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration SDLC & Agile product ownership expertise Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Define and execute product vision and strategy for Customer Communication & Content Management Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and Agile teams Manage and prioritize product backlog, Epics, Features, and User Stories Coordinate multiple Agile teams to improve delivery efficiency and operational effectiveness Drive customer communication initiatives using Quadient/Exstream platforms Review deliverables and ensure alignment with business goals before release Work with Tech Leads and Architects to build scalable and reusable solutions Promote Agile best practices across the SDLC lifecycle Mentor team members and foster a collaborative team environment Preferred: Experience in Customer Communication & Content Management domains Strong understanding of Agile Product Ownership Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field Note: This email and any attachments are confidential and may contain privileged information intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which they are addressed.
