This role combines project coordination with hands-on Power Platform development, focusing heavily on Power BI reporting, dashboard governance, and Power Automate workflow creation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting fast-moving operational teams while driving reporting and automation improvements. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Operational Support Support day-to-day project management activities across Engineering & Construction teams Coordinate with stakeholders to track priorities, deliverables, and reporting needs Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Power BI Reporting & Workspace Management Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions Manage and organize Power BI workspaces and applications Perform cleanup, governance, and optimization of existing reports and dashboards Collaborate with stakeholders to improve reporting visibility and usability Power Automate & Process Automation Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline team operations Automate recurring reporting, approvals, notifications, and process-driven tasks Support continuous improvement through workflow optimization and automation opportunities Stakeholder Collaboration Work directly with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Support adoption of reporting and automation tools across the organization Maintain strong communication and responsiveness across multiple workstreams Required Qualifications Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard/report development and workspace management Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and workflow development Background supporting project management or project coordination activities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting infrastructure, energy, utilities, or construction organizations Familiarity with project controls, capital project reporting, or operational analytics Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environments What Were Looking For A hands-on Power Platform professional who also understands project operations Strong communicator who can work directly with business stakeholders Someone who can improve visibility, streamline workflows, and bring structure to reporting environments A proactive self-starter comfortable balancing operations support with technical execution Thank you, Ashish Kumar | Technical Recruiter Verve IT Consulting Inc O: 917-259-0969 EXT- 119 Keywords: business intelligence information technology Florida Position: Power Platform Consultant [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3408970&uid=854ebae2895d468f887a8751b98c9cc2 |
