POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Cloud Principal prepares overall design of the solutions to adhere to the cloud architecture and data standards; Identify landscape req. and changes; Works on planning, configuration and implementation tasks as required. The main activity of this role is to support the architectural design and implementation of a data services orchestration solution. To carry out ETL workloads and orchestrated data transmission at scale based on Data Lake, Data Factory and Data Bricks. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Level I Provide architecture support to design cloud solution architecture (server, storage, networks etc.) for reliability, scalability, and performance Integrate core capabilities with the new technologies to successfully implement new solution Maintain solution architecture standards required to operationalize business needs for a new service Advocate the communication of and adherence to defined solution architecture strategy and standards Proactively monitor technology and market trends, and determine their potential impact and value to the enterprise Level II In addition to L1 activities: Provide support on system architecture, integration of systems and technical solution architecture Supports the enterprise architecture design that meets the business requirements and also the needs of development / operational teams Partner with Infrastructure and Application Services, technical and operational teams to make recommendations on optimal solutions Level III In addition to L1 and L2 activities: Develop multi-year capability and technology road maps Responsible for overall solution architecture standards of cloud components Required Strong communication skills Ability to blueprint, design and deploy scalable, high-availability and fault tolerant systems on Azure, GCP or similar cloud environments Knowledge on Data Lake and Data Factory solutioning Knowledge and experience with Databricks Ability to identify and enforce cloud or architectural best practices Ability to learn fast, adapt to new technology and keep current with industry certifications Experience with source control tools like Git and CI/CD tools Experience with Azure and/or GCP, AWS or similar cloud solutions Working knowledge with IT Service Management Certificates / Training: Preferred: Azure Solution Architect AZ-303 & AZ-304 certifications and/or other cloud certifications Thanks & Regards, Texperts Inc Roshan Krishna [email protected] www.texperts-inc.com Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment information technology Arizona California Louisiana http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=340926&uid= |
