Hands on support Azure apps PAAS/SAAS exp
Automatically provision cloud services including fully configured Virtual Networks.
Gain real-time visibility across your Azure cloud and other servers and containers.
Use service-aware discovery to identify existing cloud resources and bring them under management.
Identify service health issues and quickly pinpoint root cause to remediate.
Get cloud costs under control and simplify service access to your cloud resources including Azure across your IT real estate
Experience on Azure services - Application Insights, Data factory, Function App, Logic App, Resource Groups, Runbook, Azure Active Directory
Experience in software monitoring and experience with Monitoring Jobs in Dynamics- Data management service
Familiarity of application support within multi-tier environments (web, application, database).
Incident Management - Service now (View/Update/escalate tickets assigned).
Troubleshooting skills strong enough to be able to perform investigation and deliver resolutions.
Familiarity with supporting database, application & web servers in a high-availability high-performance clustered environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in a fast-paced environment
Collaborating with software engineers, DBAs, and nontechnical teams.
